film: Rollei RPX 25 / camera: Pentax Spotmatic SP / developer: D-76 1+1 / scanner: Epson Perfection V600 Photo
Landscapes from Cañada Road. This was my first time using RPX 25 and I'm quite impressed - the low speed means I get every little bit of detail out of outdoor shots, for one, but what I didn't expect is that the film base on it is much more transmissive than any other film I've used, which makes it a whole lot easier to scan. May end up rating it at ISO 20 in the future to better take advantage of that.
Of course, the downside of that extremely fine grain is that shooting this stuff indoors is just impossible. The Spotmatic recommends somewhere around the ƒ/1.4 and 1/8s mark for it in my apartment, so unless you're a real tripod enthusiast or are working under studio lighting conditions, you'd better go outside with it.
